We have been retained on the search for a Finance Director on behalf of an international medical aesthetics business with commercial operations across Europe and MENA, entering a period of significant strategic expansion.This is a senior leadership appointment carrying full responsibility for the group finance function across multiple entities and jurisdictions, with a clear path to CFO. The incoming Finance Director will build and own the financial infrastructure of the business, shape reporting and control frameworks across a multi-currency group, and contribute directly to strategic decision-making at board and founder level.We are seekingA qualified finance professional with a minimum of eight to ten years of progressive finance leadership experienceDemonstrable experience owning a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction finance function — group consolidation, treasury, statutory compliance and reporting across geographiesTrack record of building or significantly developing a finance function in a fast-growth or founder-led environmentComfortable operating at board level and contributing to investor and fundraising conversationsBackground in medical technology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical aesthetics or a comparably regulated sector strongly preferredThis is not a role for a regional finance manager within a large corporate structure.
