Role Overview
You will work on projects supporting our Italian and international customers. Your responsibilities include:
* Project support during all phases of the software development life cycle (remote or onsite)
* Configuration, specification, and implementation of solutions according to client requirements
* Managing the acceptance of software solutions with regard to functionality and quality, collaborating with internal and external colleagues
* Building relationships with clients and identifying potential new business opportunities
* Supporting Sales during project acquisition
* Conducting fit‑gap analysis to assess solution suitability for customer requirements
* Supporting functional specification activities with product demonstrations, translating user requirements into change specifications, and transferring functional knowledge to the technical team
* Advising and training customers on Werum’s PAS‑X MES software
Profile
* A degree in IT, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or a related field
* Minimum of one year of experience in the life sciences industry with large‑scale applications
* Understanding of the software project life cycle and experience with MES software, ideally Werum’s PAS‑X MES and other Körber Pharma solutions
* Excellent understanding of GMP/GAMP principles
* Strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients and larger groups
* Strong team player, capable of taking on different roles within a team
* Dynamic personality, strong analytical skills, hands‑on approach
* Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus
* Willingness to travel mainly within Italy and abroad
* A valid driver’s license is required
