PIn order to expand the Industrialization Service, we are looking for an Industrialization Bulk Technician to join Industrialization Bulk Departement. /ppThis team has the objective to implement scale-up and technology transfer methodologies from laboratory/pilot to industrial level for each formulation, ensuring a product in line with Chromavis quality standards. /ppbr/ppIn particular, you will: /ppbr/pp-study the feasibility of projects (process and formulation) by supporting Industrialization Bulk Manager for the pre-assessment phase. /ppbr/pp-identify and evaluate the risky process and technical difficulties linked to different technologies, by acting preventive/corrective actions to minimize the risk. /ppbr/pp-perform chemical-physical analysis and propose corrective actions, if needed. /ppbr/pp-redact production/trials report and working technique (specific for each tested equipment) /ppbr/pp-follow the first productions of new/critical products/colour /ppbr/pp-provide technical support to Production Department for solving the complex issues. /ppbr/pp-realize laboratory trials /ppbr/pp-support the Industrialization Bulk Manager for the qualification of tools/equipment. /ppbr/pp-support a cross-functional team for solving quality issues : non-compliance analysis, /ppidentification of possible solutions (ex. modification of proces/working technique and validation of corrective action). /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongSKILLS REQUIRED /strong /ppbr/pulliPreferred education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or equivalent education, in case of lower education a long working experience in a similar job will be required. /liliGood knowledge of cosmetic products (preferred) /liliAdvanced knowledge of manufacturing processes/equipment and control method. /liliGood written and spoken English, an additional language will be a plus /liliExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills /liliGood communication skills and Commitment /liliResult and customer oriented /liliProblem solving and ability to find out solutions (decision making) /liliAnalysis capability /liliSelf-motivation and great sense of responsibility and confidentiality /li /ul
