PpSensory Design is an AI-driven creative Innovation Lab that blends human emotion, design and artificial intelligence. /p pWe build products and experiences where creativity meets technology, including: /p ul liAlteryon (AI-powered digital avatars) /li liFeelkits (multisensory experiences) /li /ul pWith the launch of Alteryon in November 2025, we are expanding our capacity and building an autonomous operational structure under the Chora Group. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a Head of Operations to structure, optimise and manage Sensory Design's production workflows, delivery processes, and operational backbone. /p pThis role is ideal for someone hands-on, structured, entrepreneurial, and used to working in early-stage environments or creative/AI-driven teams. /p pYou will be responsible for building the operational ecosystem that will enable Sensory Design to scale independently. /p pThis is not a traditional job, it's a partnership opportunity for someone who wants to grow a next-generation AI brand from the inside out. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and optimise operational workflows for all product lines (Alteryon, Feelkits, etc.) /li liLead project coordination, scheduling, delivery timelines and quality control /li liImplement SOPs, automation tools, and resource planning systems /li liCoordinate internal teams (AI, design, video) and external talent /li liSupport the founder in transforming Sensory Design into an autonomous, scalable entity /li liTrack operational KPIs and continuously improve efficiency and output quality /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liStrong background in operations, project management or production management (creative agencies, AI content teams, digital studios, tech) /li liExcellent organisational and process-design skills /li liHigh ownership, autonomy and ability to operate in a fast-moving, early-stage environment /li liExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams /li liFluency in English (Italian/German a plus) /li liInterest in AI content creation (avatar, video, generative workflows) /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pHybrid performance-based collaboration (freelance contract) /p pCompensation tied to measurable operational KPIs and business results. /p pPhantom Share Plan up to 2%, tied to milestones such as: /p ul liImplementation of core processes and SOPs /li liOperational efficiency improvements /li liDelivery KPIs /li /ul pClear growth path to COO / Operations Lead within 6-12 months. /p pWork directly with the founder and growth team in a remote-friendly position (EU time zone). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
