What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
1. Assist viewers via phone and/or chat with their inquiries.
2. Provide account and application support, including questions related to software functionality.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues, such as system configurations and network settings.
4. Deliver accurate and real-time answers to inquiries.
5. Contribute to building brand engagement for our clients.
