Direct message the job poster from Concept Quality Reply Information Technology Recruiter & Agile Coach @ Concept Quality Reply We are Concept Quality and we are searching for a brilliant Test Leader working onmultiple Automotive Area projects Within Concept Quality Reply You will be involved in Automotive projects, where a deep experience gained in System Integration Engineering and Validation is combined with a strong knowledge of products targeted for the Onboard Systems (e.g. Connected Cars, Infotainment devices, etc...) and Offboard ones (e.g. Customer Services, Automotive related Platforms, etc...). WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT? · Product Focus. You will set up and follow the overall Product Validation process. You will lead the Test management: test specification design and execution (a testing team will support the execution). You will manage the Defect Management phase: orchestrating the released fixes until the final SW version · Process Advisory. You will provide direct support to internal and external stakeholders and you will oversee knowledge transfer and ramp-up processes (with methodologies and tools). You will be responsible for the entire Validation process · Customer Focus. You will actively organize the Report Phase, handling Change Management tickets, project milestones, open topics, and test & defect statistics. WHAT DO WE NEED? · Academic Backbone. With a brilliant BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Mechatronic, or technical equivalent. Real experience with Automotive area projects will be considered a plus. Previous experience in SW Test activities and project management in the Validation field (about 1-4 years) Good skills in test methodologies and test & defect management tools Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Management tools · Soft Skills. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders. Professional knowledge of written and spoken English language is mandatory. WHO WE ARE?
