Main Responsibilities
- Supporting the execution of communication strategy, contents, plans, on all internal touchpoints (intranet, leaflets, screens, etc );
- Ensuring the correct positioning, alignment and consistency of communication across platforms and touchpoints
- Planning and executing communications calendar to organize communication activities/contents
- Daily management of all internal communication tools, to keep employees up to date with Company activities
- Developing and contributing to all internal engagement activities
- Defining internal graphic materials and contents (e.g. shooting internal video, intranet articles), and reviewing others internal communications
- Supporting the revamp of internal branding for HQ + subs
- Developing reports and dashboards, measuring ROI and KPIs
- Developing rewards and loyalty platforms
- Manage internal events and celebrations: e.g. Family Days, volunteering programs and any other ad hoc communication activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Communication specialist or similar positions, with both off
- and online expertise (experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be a plus)
- University degree in Marketing, Communication or Economics
- Languages: Full fluency in spoken and written Italian and English
- Good knowledge of MarkCom tools and techniques.
- Good knowledge of graphics and video production would be highly desirable, to independently accomplish basic tasks.
