Within the High Jewelry Product Development & Innovation team, based in our production site in Rome, we are looking for a
Technical Office Specialist
willing to seize the opportunity of a
temporary job experience
. The selected candidate will ensure the definition of manufacturing product costs and the technical product sheets, in order to guarantee the target costs and the correctness of production information.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Provide support to product master data management in the system (e.g., SAP); Elaborate manufacturing cost quotation, both for internal and external products; Review manufacturing cost along the production process, reporting any deviation to the Project Manager; Analyze the final manufacturing cost, comparing it with the first quotation, and support the Planning department in the decision-making process; Manage the PLM system to guarantee the correct data update and the task priority and timing with respect to the process; Creation of technical data sheets for new products, verifying the production data, from the bill of materials to the production cycle; Guarantee the correct management of the technical data sheet archive, ensuring its correctness and reliability to facilitate information flow both internally and externally; Participate in the Product Development process, providing support in terms of innovative solutions; Cooperate with Prototyping in the definition of technical and aesthetic parameters; Provide support to the Prototyping department to guarantee the provision of all the assets (3D drawings and Bill Of Material) finalized to activate the Industrialization process; Proactively collaborate with all departments along the New Product Development process.
SKILLS: Master's degree in Economics or Engineering At least 1 year of experience, preferably gained working in a fast-paced and changing environment Fluent in Italian and English Knowledge of production processes and techniques Knowledge of the main operational/logistics flows and procedures Production planning and scheduling techniques IT applications (ERP/SAP, Excel) Simulation and scenario analysis Quantitative data analysis Accuracy & attention to details Result orientated Business Awareness and Agility Entrepreneurial spirit
