In this role you will provide expert advice and data-driven strategies for manufacturing Transformation, guiding implementation to boost client performance. You will lead project lifecycles, develop actionable plans for operational excellence and digital programs, and drive change across client organizations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and C-level stakeholders to deliver measurable impact in manufacturing and digital transformation initiatives. This is a dynamic, collaborative opportunity to shape how clients leverage MES, data analytics, and AI to stay ahead.

* Provide strategic advisory in manufacturing, focusing on cost reduction, Lean/Six Sigma process improvement, and digital tooling from MES/SCADA to Operations Reporting
* Lead project lifecycles: define scope, manage deliverables and timelines
* Develop actionable plans for manufacturing improvement, operational excellence, or digital transformation
* Drive implementation and change management for new processes, technologies (MES, data analytics, AI), and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, WCM)
* Manage client relationships at C-level in manufacturing, leading meetings and presenting findings
* Analyze complex data and scenarios to support decision making
* Coach and mentor junior consultants and guide their professional development
* Collaborate with Capgemini Group entities to deliver optimal solutions to customers
Responsabilità
* 6+ years in industrial manufacturing transformation xjrgpwk or manufacturing excellence, in consulting or operational roles
* Master degree in engineering or STEM field
* Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, WCM, or PMP are advantageous
* Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages a plus
