Key responsibilities include leading the team, managing all inbound and outbound logistics (receipt, storage, picking, packing, dispatch), process documentation and strictly upholding safety and health regulations, including training and hazard mitigation. This role demands attention to detail, proactive leadership, strong organizational skills, and strategic planning, all while fostering a safety culture and ensuring compliance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and guide the warehouse operations team. /li liTrain and supervise warehouse operators in SAP, processes, and other relevant areas. /li liLead and maintain safety, security standards and 5S in the warehouse. /li liMonitor warehouse equipment and vehicles. /li liPrepare, update and implement warehouse policy and procedures. /li liPrepare and participate in audits and inspections. /li liPrepare and maintain warehouse performance reports. /li liParticipate in sustainability programs and continuous improvement projects. /li liSecure daily warehouse capacity and flexibility. /li liBackup tasks of warehouse specialist. /li liPlan shifts and vacations for the team. /li liMaintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits. /li liResolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or shipments. /li liMaintain proper control procedures at the location to ensure the safety of company assets. /li liMaintain high safety and health standards in the warehouse, adhering to local regulations and CP standards. /li liSupport Manufacturing and International teams to resolve Supply Chain issues. /li liActively participate in and contribute to continuous improvement projects. /li liEnsure strict adherence to Food Standards (AiB) within the warehouse. /li liGenerate and maintain necessary reports and coordinate daily shipment planning. /li liManage slot booking in the Transport Management System. /li liAddress customer-specific requirements and provide/manage all necessary documentation for shipments. /li liDevelop and maintain working instructions for specific areas. /li liProcure warehouse consumables via SAP or Ariba, and participate in supplier selection. /li liCollaborate with European Customer Service, Transport, and Planning Managers to achieve customer service and operations objectives. /li liWork with Plant Personnel to resolve supply chain damage issues, manage plant shuttle volumes, schedule weekend operations, and oversee hold product procedures. /li liLiaise with IT Personnel on SAP and/or EDI system issues. /li liEngage with Customs Brokers for clarification as needed. /li liCoordinate with QA for Veterinary Inspections. /li liExternal auditors and audits lead. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pSTEM Educational Background /p h3Experience /h3 p2-5 years experience in WH and logistics area /p h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liProven experience in warehouse and people management /li liExcellent organization and multitasking skills /li liProficiency in using warehouse management software and other relevant tools /li liAnalytical skills and experience with reporting /li liAttention to details /li liInterpersonal and communication skills /li liStrong PC skills required: Excel and Word /li liExperience with SAP/WMS is a plus /li liExperience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus /li liLanguage skills: English is a mandatory requirement /li /ul h3Our Commitment to Inclusion /h3 pOur journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
