Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.PositionJunior Controlling Specialist (internship)The ImpactS/He participates in supervising the Controlling of the reference functions and Profit and Loss lines, supporting the Management in achieving the objectives and in the underlying decision-making processes.Main Activities And AccountabilitiesParticipate, for the relevant departments, in the annual budget process, ensuring continuous monitoring through forecasts, management closures and ad hoc reporting for each function;Contribute to the analysis of investment requests evaluating the adequate economic return and reporting the risks;Support the management of the relevant departments in the deployment of the annual budget (address and measurement of planned activities);Collaborate with the controllers of local structures providing support on the application of corporate guidelines and methodologies. xjrgpwk RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Economics or equivalent;Previous experience (thesis or internship) in a similar role will be considered a plus;Proficiency in both Italian and English is mandatory;Good Knowledge of Office package, in particular Excel;Knowledge of ERP SAP or similar software will be considered a plus;Excellent Analytical skills;Time management;Problem Solving;Proactivity and flexibility.
