PThe Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within internal production operations. The main goal is to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliAnalyze internal production processes to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost. /liliLead and support continuous improvement projects (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping). /liliCollaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to implement sustainable solutions. /liliMonitor and analyze production KPIs, proposing corrective and improvement actions. /liliDevelop and maintain process documentation (SOPs, work instructions, etc.). /liliTrain and engage personnel on Lean principles and continuous improvement culture. /liliUse data analysis tools to support decision-making. /li /ulpstrongQualifications Skills /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field). /liliAt least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment. /liliSolid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools. /liliSix Sigma certification is a plus. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliExcellent communication and teamwork abilities. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Google Looker, Power BI) is an advantage. /li /ulpAfter selecting your application, our HR team will contact you for the following steps: /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
