* 3-5+ years of experience in organizational development

In this role you will be responsible for defining, managing and coordinating all training programs based on the Regional (Italy & Central Europe) needs, developing content for management and technical skill according to local and global guidelines. On a daily basis you will work with Business leaders to assess skill’s gap, define the best solution to address the need, taking care to manage suppliers and technical instructors. As training coordinator you will be part of the HR team reporting directly to the Regional HR Director.


Responsibilities

* Developing management and leadership training interventions partnering with Global L&D department and local Business Leaders
* Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for teams and individuals
* Conducting needs assessments to determine the developmental needs of management team members and make recommendations
* Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)
* Managing the Regional budget and related reporting
* Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information
* Managing class and delivering content
