About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Mondovì.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and sales excellence, as well as managing daily operations and strategic management of the store.
* Supporting customers in making informed purchasing decisions;
* Maintaining and replenishing merchandise on display to ensure maximum availability;
* Managing cashier operations and coordinating internal staff schedules with Area Managers;
Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results;
* Ensuring store appearance is maintained to encourage sales through order, cleanliness, and completeness of the range;
* Coordinating operational tasks such as inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising;
* Collaborating with Area Managers to define and manage store staff schedules and monitor store performance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment;
* Knowledge of store management dynamics, KPIs, and staff scheduling management;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including knowledge of English language;
* Able to motivate and coordinate a team to achieve business objectives;
