Work Flexibility: Field-based**The Job’s Mission**At Stryker, we’re looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Joint Replacement division, supporting both traditional and robotic-assisted (Mako) procedures.This is a hands-on, field-based clinical role where you will work directly in the operating room, supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver best-in-class outcomes. You will play a key role in ensuring procedural excellence, driving adoption of advanced technologies, and supporting the growth of our business in Southern Italy, with a strong focus on Sicily.**Joint Replacement Portfolio**:**What You Will Do*** Provide **on-site clinical support in the operating room** during joint replacement procedures (manual and Mako robotic-assisted)* Deliver **product training** to surgeons, theatre staff, and broader healthcare professionals* Support and grow relationships with **existing and new customers**, ensuring a high level of service* Partner closely with the **sales team and Regional Sales Manager** to execute local strategy* Manage **consignment stock and theatre inventory**, ensuring accurate tracking and availability* Lead and support **product evaluations, trials, and clinical events*** Organize and deliver **training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations*** Act as a **trusted advisor**, communicating product value and clinical application effectively* Monitor customer needs and collaborate with sales to identify **new business opportunities*** Maintain a structured approach to your territory through **daily, weekly, and monthly planning****Minimum Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, or technical field* At least **4+ years of experience in healthcare*** **Experience in orthopaedics*** Fluent Italian (C2) and strong English (minimum B2)* Willingness to travel extensively, including frequent flights**Preferred Experience*** Experience with **orthopaedic implants or joint replacement*** Previous exposure to **operating room dynamics*** Experience in regulated environments (e.g., tenders)* Commercial mindset or prior exposure to sales environments**What Makes You Successful in This Role*** Strong **interpersonal and relationship-building skills**, especially with clinical stakeholders* Ability to **navigate complex environments** like operating theatres with confidence* **Adaptability and resilience** in a fast-paced, field-based role* Hands-on, practical mindset with a focus on execution* Ability to **align with strategy while managing day-to-day autonomy****Training & Development*** Structured onboarding including **product training*** Opportunity to become a **certified Mako specialist*** International training exposure* Continuous development within a global MedTech leader**What We Offer*** Competitive salary and **performance-based bonus structure*** Company car with fuel card* Strong career development opportunities (local and international)* Collaborative and high-performing team environment**Why Join Stryker**Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies, impacting over 150 million patients each year.
