Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI‑driven techniques for image analysis, defect detection, data modeling, and signal processing in high‑tech applications for the Photonics Industry.
- Design and implement software solutions for machine vision systems and vision‑based inspection.
- Define experimental methods for performance evaluation (e.g., detection precision, algorithm repeatability, reproducibility, sensitivity, failure analysis).
- Perform hands‑on testing and debugging with vision systems to validate algorithms and ensure reliability.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, AI & Automation Engineering, Cybersecurity, Physics, Mathematics, or similar.
- Strong theoretical background in machine vision, image processing, or software development.
- Knowledge of optics is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
- Programming skills in C++, C# (other languages are a premio).
- Soft skills: autonomy, teamwork, proactivity.
