Your Role We seek an experienced GenAI Specialist to lead data-driven decision-making, requiring analytical skills, strategic foresight, and collaborative ability. The role involves designing and implementing data strategies to foster business growth, optimize operations, and promote innovation. Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex problems and deliver actionable insights promptly. Strategic Mindset: Experience in developing adaptable, long-term strategies. Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of translating complex data into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders. Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to lead, support, and foster collaboration within teams. Your Skills and Experience Degree in technical or scientific disciplines; PhD is a plus. Proficiency with NLP tools such as NLTK, Spacy, and Huggingface models. Data science skills: scikit-learn, numpy, pandas. Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised model evaluation in NLP and structured data. Experience with langchain or llamaindex and production projects. Cloud development experience on major hyperscalers. Excellent knowledge of Pytorch or Tensorflow. Experience designing cloud architectures and industrializing AI/GenAI solutions. Participation in commercial and technical estimates, including tenders. Familiarity with team management tools: Jira, Confluence, Kanban, Trello.
