JOB MISSION
The Mission of the Organizational Excellence Business Partner role is to provide advice, expertise and proper delivery of processes and projects related to organizational efficiency, evolution and change management, to ensure a sustainable evolutionary roadmap for Davines Group.
The role works in daily relationship with HR Business Partners, Digital & Innovation Partners, and in direct contact with business people at Group and Subsidiaries level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizational Analysis, Design, Assessment, Sizing, Efficiency & Effectiveness
Organizational Transformation and Way of Working (e.g. Agile…)
Organizational Change Management (from design, to training)
Organizational Program and Project Management (scope are Projects and Activities with Organizational Change impact)
Organizational Consultants Management (occasionally)
Organizational Design & Effectiveness
Develop and deploy Organizational Excellence strategies and methodologies, including Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Organizational Transformation, Organizational Readiness assessment, Organizational sizing, Operating Models assessment and evaluation, Operational efficiency, Agile.
Provide strong expertise on the above processes and methodologies, acting also as “internal consultant” where project lead sits in different function/departments/stakeholders.
Provide the overall coordination and governance of Organizational projects roadmap
Develop proper organizational governance framework and model, in full alignment to long-term business objectives and ensure the full coherency of organizational initiatives to it
Lead the design of operational and organizational models, performing organizational design activities and contribute to the definition of roles, responsibilities and authority, to enable the company evolution, based on correct organizational readiness analysis, working closely with HR BPs and business leaders
Identify improvement initiatives based on realistic and concrete business readiness assessment (see Organizational Change Management).
Ensure proper and smooth implementation of all organizational projects where directly involved
Provide good dialogue on status quo challenge, to get the next level of organizational effectiveness and productivity
Perform quantitative/qualitative, economical, organizational, change analysis, to assess organization efficiency, provide evidences for decision making process, define opportunities of improvement and correct actions to be implemented, taking into consideration business, people, systems and culture
In close collaboration with HR and D&I Functions, understand business needs and provide organizational advises/solutions, taking into consideration people and system readiness and requirements.
Organizational Change Management
Co-Develop, with HRBPs, D&IBPs (when involved) and Business, proper Organizational Change Management, coordinating the execution of Change Management plans and ensuring business receives all tools and methodological support to own the full responsibility of it.
Build Organizational Change Management capabilities in the organization, educating Business Partners (HR and D&I) and Business Leaders on Change Management methodologies and approaches across the Company
Design and implement change communication plans for the initiatives directly led and supporting the initiatives led by Business leaders and Business partners (HR and D&I) directly
Leverages on Business Partners (HR and D&I) to identify ways of dealing with resistance and improving organizational readiness to change, keeping into consideration structures, systems, processes, skills and culture
Support the adoption of new organizations/processes and/or systems identifying and monitoring the right KPIS.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Education, Experience, Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/Master’s Degree in Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management or similar. A Master in HR & Organization / Digital Transformation is a plus.
5+ years of related experience (Organizational Excellence/Workforce Planning/Change Management/Right-sizing/Business case analysis/Organizational design/Process Re-design)
Proven experience in leading Organizational Excellence and Change Management on major projects from beginning to end, as well as ability to deal with day-to-day work
Change Management and Agile certifications (PROSCI ADKAR, Scrum Master and other related certifications)
Excellent expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, and Power Point as Master Level)
Knowledge of Project and Program Management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall and Agile).

Other Requirements
Availability to travel internationally is required.
