Senior Global Account Manager
This is a dynamic role for an ambitious sales professional to lead direct sales efforts for large FMCG customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, driving growth through new business opportunities and effective collaboration across teams.
* Develop and execute account plans to foster strategic partnerships with customers.
* Build and manage robust pipelines with customers for both short- and long-term projects.
* Manage sales forecasts and contribute to product/process innovation processes.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's/master's degree in a relevant field.
* 7+ years of experience in Sales and Technical roles within the B2B food sector.
* Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, excellent communication, and ability to plan and achieve goals.
* Proficient English language skills and knowledge of trading techniques, IRCA products, and technical application.
* Availability to travel within EMEA region.
