The selected candidate will be responsible for: Managing the supplier resources to ensure compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) contractual obligations. Monitoring the operation of assigned systems to ensure quality performance, tracking tickets, and planning maintenance activities. Coordinating and supervising the activities of the internal operational team and external providers delivering various services (Help Desk, assistance, etc.) in case of faults or incidents. Analyzing and prioritizing issues or needs expressed by the company. Proposing improvements to IT processes and management to achieve operational objectives. Producing periodic reports on activities carried out by the support teams, including analysis for improvements and documentation verification for Assurance, with potential recovery from the Area Delivery repository. Ensuring complete, accurate, and regularly updated documentation of the systems and procedures. Having knowledge of physical security systems such as video surveillance, access control, and intruder alarms, including architecture, components, and operation. Familiarity with Acantho platforms: BMC Helix (for ticket and SLA management) and Genetec Security Center. The activity is primarily on-site but remote work options are being considered.
