We support the creation of procedures, policies, instructions, standards, and records. In other words, we are responsible for delivering a product that meets all specifications. Within the scope of the Quality Department, we also handle the compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) with the International Standards and the resolution of customer concerns. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liFacilitate problem‑solving methodology /li liReporting quality performance used for initiating improvement activities /li liInvolvement in the ISO 9001 certification processes and ITAP activities (offshore customers) /li liInvolvement in internal/external audit processes /li liHandling non‑conforming materials and products with ownership of medium / high‑level NCs through corrective and preventative measures /li liMonitoring performance in the designated production area and working with the Production Support Team to solve and implement improvement plans /li liApprove trials and prepare the appropriate technical reports /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFluent in English and Italian (written and spoken) /li liExtensive understanding of quality assurance processes and reporting /li liKnowledge of composite materials is desirable /li liProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, skills in Excel are beneficial /li liDemonstrates professionalism and focus under time‑sensitive conditions /li liProficient organizational and methodological problem‑solving abilities /li liEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different environments /li liMaintains a positive and motivated attitude /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment with the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
