MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
ITIESTo ensure that production is carried out in accordance with production specifications, technical specifications, technical drawings and customer-specific characteristics at any time to meet production schedules.Managing resources with a continuous improvement approach in order to realize production at the lowestcost.To disseminate and ensure correct use of continuous improvement tools for improvement of quality andcost.To take preventive measures by working in cooperation with related units in order to eliminate the problems.Ensuring and improving process efficiency in line with the determined target.To ensure the timely commissioning of the changes made on the product and the parts to be commissioned by working in coordination with the product engineering in order to meet the change demands.Ensure elimination of the process losses by using improvement tools.Manage improvement / automation activities to reduce productiontime.Managing Maintenance department in cooperation with supervisor with maintenanceTo identify, attack and improve the costs of poor quality during production.To create and spread occupational safety awareness in the productionarea.Follow up and report the productionKPIs.To prepare training plans with the trainer in order to provide a flexible assemblyline.Determine improvement points of his/her team, develop yearly training plan with HRSupport the Director to prepare annual bu
