Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Territory Development Manager - Video Security & Access Control serves as the primary contact for specific video solutions sales initiatives with channel partners in the assigned territory, proactively manages their relationships, implements sales actions and strategies to continuously seek new customers, grow the business and loyalty and achieve the territory’s revenue goals.

Responsibilities

- Continuously identify and secure new customers for Video & Access Control products to expand our market footprint.
- Drive business growth and foster long‑term partner loyalty.
- Execute strategic initiatives to ensure the territory consistently achieves its revenue goals.
- Educate the Channel Partners on our solutions, understand and articulate how our solutions help them sell more and provide more value to their customers, track and report on progress.
