We design and operate beautifully renovated shared homes in major cities where ambitious people live, connect, and grow together.
Today, Cohabs operates across Europe and the United States, with thousands of residents and a rapidly expanding portfolio of buildings.
The Mission
You will help maximize occupancy in our Milan building by generating demand, building partnerships, and converting leads into residents.
Think of this role as running the demand engine for a building.
You will operate across growth marketing, partnerships, and sales to ensure a steady flow of young professionals discovering and joining Cohabs.
This is not a passive internship.
It is a high-ownership role where your work directly impacts occupancy and revenue.

What You Will Do
Your work will focus on four core growth pillars.
Partnerships
Great partnerships create consistent pipelines of potential residents, supported by the Senior Director of B2B. You will identify and build relationships with organizations connected to our target audience:
* companies hiring international talent
* relocation agencies
* coworking spaces
* startup hubs
* universities and MBA programs
* graduate programs
Your objective: build channels that continuously send us potential residents.
Influencer Marketing
Visibility among young professionals matters. You will help increase awareness of Cohabs by:
* identifying relevant influencers
* Identify journalist and media outlet partners, work with HQ Comms lead
* Identify relevant newsletters and publications
* supporting storytelling around urban living and community
Your objective: put Cohabs in front of the right audiences.
Demand Generation
You will help drive inbound demand from young professionals looking for housing in Milan.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide relevant information to optimize leadgen on Google and Meta Ads campaigns
* Validate the voice of our target members
* Inform whether we are missing something or what messages work best
* Testing new acquisition channels
* Improving lead quality and volume
* Analyzing campaign performance, through HQ and Clicktrust
Your objective: generate more qualified leads.
Sales
Growth only matters if leads convert.
You will:
* call and qualify inbound leads
* guide prospects through the decision process
* manage the CRM pipeline
* improve conversion rates
* close deals (that would best fit our community)
Your objective: turn interest into residents.
What You Will Learn

Languages:
Italian — fluent C2 MUST HAVE
English — fluent C2 MIUST HAVE
Additional languages are a strong plus.
