We are now looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who combines leadership, operational excellence, and genuine hospitality — someone who leads by example, feels at home on the floor, and understands that great service is built on trust, clarity, and care.
Your role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant, bar, pool and events operations, ensuring that every guest experience feels effortless, warm, and memorable.
You will:
Lead, inspire, and develop the F&B; team, fostering a culture of professionalism, generosity, and teamwork
Be fully hands-on during service, present on the floor and leading by example
Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring consistency, flow, and high standards at all times
Manage scheduling, staffing, and team organization with a thoughtful and fair approach
Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and a shared vision
Handle ordering, inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal standards
Anticipate guest needs, resolve challenges with grace, and turn moments into memories
Contribute ideas to continuously refine and elevate the F&B; experience at VocMos
Who you are
You have solid experience as an F&B; Manager or in a senior F&B; role within boutique hotels or high-end hospitality
You are a natural leader — calm, present, and respected — who motivates through action rather than hierarchy
You are highly organized, reliable, and comfortable balancing operations with people management
You have an intuitive sense for service, timing, and atmosphere
You care deeply about food, wine, and the story behind what we serve
You communicate fluently in Italian and English. Every additional language is a plus.
You are flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable working weekends and peak seasons
You believe that hospitality is first and foremost about people
You are an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit allowing you to work in Italy
You hold a valid driver's license, as mobility in our countryside setting is essential

Contract details
Vocabolo Moscatelli is a seasonal hotel. We reopen on 1 April **** and close on 1 December ****. The position is offered as a seasonal contract from end of March **** to beginning of December ****.
