Where you'll create impact
Build and execute DualEntry's recruiting strategy across engineering, AI/ML, Product, GTM, and Leadership roles
Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates in competitive recruiting markets, including creative sourcing strategies
Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, technical assessment, and market positioning
Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing
Establish and continuously improve candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects DualEntry's bar for excellence
Build and manage a repeatable recruiting process, pipeline reporting, and analytics to identify what works
Build and define our process, employer brand, and candidate pitch
