What You Will Do In Your Role: 2nd Line Desktop support for trading business with advanced desktop requirements. (Desktop, networking, telephony): - Data center support - includes installation of new hardware, support for existing equipment, cabling and monitoring - Printer and mobile phone management - Procurement of IT hardware and software - Document, track and monitor problems - Request and Incident management using ServiceNow - Telecommunication management - 3rdparty telecommunication lines and hardware; Teams; Cloud 9.
