Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive value creation for retailers by leading diagnostic analyses and shaping customized action plans. You will animate cross‑functional workshops with Sales and other teams, translating data into concrete recommendations. You’ll work with internal assets and external partners to tailor propositions and steer implementation. This position offers exposure to strategic, multinational clients and a chance to impact growth through data‑driven insights and collaborative problem solving.

- Run client diagnoses ahead of meetings and workshops: assess performance, benchmark against competition, identify growth opportunities with international shoppers
- Conduct surveys and mystery shopping to evaluate in‑store customer experience
- Analyze external information from client strategy to omnichannel tools with support from a junior resource and a data analyst
- Tailor Global Blue's value proposition to client context by combining internal assets with external partner solutions
- Facilitate value creation workshops and steering committees with Sales teams
- Support and ensure roll‑out of value creation action plans and innovations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, BI, IT) to deliver coherent client solutions
Responsabilità
- Business school or university degree
- 7+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or fashion & luxury retail
- Strong analytical skills and confidence with data elaboration tools
- Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work cross‑functionally across the organization
- Strong customer orientation and client‑facing experience
- Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
