1yr of experience in Guest Services facet; front desk operations, receptionist work in a 4 or 5* hotel. ~ w/ Shipboard experience and can fluently communicate in Italian is an advantage. ~ Required to speak English clearly and distinctly. ~ Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, ~ Chinese, Japanese, Korean.
