Ph3Job Description /h3 pbEurofins BioPharma Product Testing /b is looking for an bIT Solutions Operations Engineer /b, at EU Level, based in bVimodrone (MI). /b /p pThe role is responsible for the boperational excellence, reliability, and validated state /b of centrally managed blaboratory and business‑critical IT applications /b supporting regulated QC and GxP environments. /p pThe role focuses on bday‑to‑day operations, compliance, stability, and lifecycle management /b of laboratory applications such as bEmpower, NuGenesis, LabSolutions, and similar systems /b, ensuring systems remain compliant, available, and fit for purpose across BPT sites. /p pThis position works closely with bQA, CSV, Infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders /b to maintain validated systems, support audits, and deliver controlled system changes. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide bLevel 2 / Level 3 operational support /b for centrally managed laboratory and enterprise applications, managing incidents across bP1 to P4 severity levels /b in line with bITIL best practices /b. /li liPerform bregular maintenance, upgrades, patching, preventive maintenance, and system health checks /b. /li liProactively monitor bapplications, databases, and virtualized environments /b to prevent service disruption. /li liEnsure systems operate in compliance with bGxP, data integrity, and internal quality requirements /b. /li libContribute to Computer System Validation (CSV) activities /b. /li liManage and coordinate bincident, change, problem, and exception management activities /b. /li liSupport broot cause analysis /b and contribute to bCAPA definition and follow‑up /b. /li liCollaborate with bInfrastructure, QA, CSV teams, and vendors /b to resolve issues efficiently. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong experience in bIT operations within regulated (GxP) environments /b. /li liSolid understanding of bCSV, data integrity, and validation lifecycle /b. /li liHands‑on experience with blaboratory applications /b (Empower, NuGenesis, LabSolutions or similar). /li liProficiency in bPowerShell/scripting /b. /li liGood knowledge of bOracle and SQL databases /b. /li liExperience with bvirtualized environments /b; VM image creation is a strong plus. /li liWillingness to bwork outside business hours or weekends on rare occasions /b, based on planned IT changes and critical incidents. /li liWillingness to btravel up to 20% /b to support sites, projects, or audits. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
