The candidate, within the Human Resources Department, will be responsible for the following activities:
* Define and implement HR Compensation & Controlling processes at a global level: Salary Review, MBO, Commission Scheme, Job Evaluation and Compensation Benchmarking, Benefits Plan definition;
* Analyze the global labour cost and elaborate necessary related report.
Activities
* Support to the Compensation & Benefits processes: Salary Review, MBO, Commission Scheme, Job Evaluation and Compensation Benchmarking, Benefits Plan definition.
* Manage Expatriates.
* Monitor the compliance of Global processes with Compensation-related issues.
* Support the preparation of the cost labour budget, collaborating with the HR Director and the company's departments, ensuring that the budget is aligned with business objectives.
* Monthly analysis of personnel costs, with constant monitoring and analysis of actual costs against the budget.
* Prepare periodic reports on personnel costs and headcount for the HR Management and the company's Management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or STEM fields.
* 3-5 years of previous experience in the same role in companies of similar size.
* Confidentiality, accuracy and speed in carrying out daily activities.
* Predisposition to critical analysis and problem solving.
* Analytics Skills.
* Knowledge of Zucchetti and SAP SuccessFactors will be considered a plus.
* Excellent proficiency in the use of the Office suite.
* Advanced English level and knowledge of a second language is considered a plus.
