* SHE Manager for the Regional Supply Chain SHE Team
* The SHE team works with a broad range of functions across the organization including Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, & RD&E. The primary focus is on manufacturing operations in Europe, collaborating closely with Market and Divisional SHE Colleagues in the region, and with Global Supply Chain SHE colleagues in other regions.
Position Details:
* Based in any country across Europe with reasonable access to an Ecolab site or office.
* Reporting directly to the European Supply Chain SHE Director.
* Travel approximately 30% of the time.
* Requires effective management of competing priorities.
Operational experience within the chemical industry is advantageous.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and support the implementation of Global and Regional SHE & Sustainability KPIs, initiatives, and best practices aligned with SHE strategy, driving performance to world-class standards.
* Provide technical SHE advice, support, and training to EU SC sites to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to Ecolab policies and standards.
* Identify SHE risks within the supply chain and implement actions to mitigate them.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, communicate, and implement regional SHE policies, standards, and guidance.
* Support the global SHE team in developing and implementing global policies and standards.
* Advise EU sites on compliance with SHE legislation.
* Engage with regional and global process safety teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
* Support and train the EU SC SHE network in SHE initiatives to minimize SHE losses.
Provide SHE support and training to stakeholders, lead or participate in SHE workshops and committees, and support incident investigations and analysis to identify root causes and actions.
Analyze, visualize, and communicate safety performance data to senior leadership and external publications.
* Lead or support audits within the EU and global SHE programs.
* Provide SHE support or lead crisis & issues management teams as appropriate.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety & Environment.
* Knowledge or qualification in Sustainability.
* Understanding of ISO 45001 / 14001 standards.
* Technical skills in Process Safety tools and concepts.
* Expertise in Workplace Risk Assessment.
* Structured decision-making skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proficiency in relevant IT software and digital technologies.
* Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.
* Effective management of priorities.
