Watlow brings its experience to numerous industries, including semiconductor processing, environmental chambers, energy and environmental technologies, diesel emissions, medical and foodservice equipment. Since 2022, Eurotherm has been integrated into Watlow, and they have since been operating collaboratively.

Role Overview:

This advanced sales support role is responsible for assisting customers and sales channel personnel. Through collaboration, utilizing application experience and product selection knowledge they will deliver the best thermal solutions and quote standard products. This role supports all levels of sales activities within the sales organization and serves as a liaison between factory product experts and customers to deliver the Watlow experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for product advice, selection, and applications
* Advise customers and sales agents on product selection and troubleshooting
* Develop quotes and manage customer accounts
* Resolve product, application, and production issues
* Participate in product growth strategies and sales development
* Oversee large customer projects and technical inquiries
* Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific sites and product platforms
* Maintain technical documentation and promotional materials
* Supports the sales channel in customer visits as technical expert

Qualifications And Attributes we are looking for:

* Bachelor’s degree in related field
* Previous professional experience as an engineer in industrial – could be mechanical, electrical or process background
* Ability to effectively advise customers, distributors, and sales agents on product selection and troubleshooting.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to communicate in English and Italian as part of a European wide distributed team
* Willingness to travel (mainly in Italy)
