His/her main objective is to create a relevant content and media strategy that resonates with target audiences, supports sales initiatives, and strengthens customer relationships. You will be part of Nespresso marketing team, joining the Brand and Communication team. You will work closely with many other departments of the whole Nespresso team to ensure the effective execution of communication strategies. A day in the life of Communication Manager Nespresso B2B - Develop and execute Nespresso B2B communication strategy in Italy, from content to media strategy, with strong focus on a B2B-specific digital strategy - Collaborate with Brand Marketing, B2B Product Marketing, B2B Trade Marketing & Sales, Data & Insights, Finance, Nespresso HQ team, to understand market dynamics and customer behavior, create and a relevant strategy, ensure effective execution and alignment with sales objectives - Partnerships - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges - Participate in channel & customers strategy development process and ensure the commercial plan is executed in line with the strategy - Lead multidisciplinary teams in executing full communication plans and special projects, including kick-off and sign-off meetings - Evaluate relevant partnerships to land an effective strategy - Provide regular reporting, highlighting performance against key communication KPIs, to identify opportunities for optimization - Coordinate B2B Communication budget What will make you successful? - Master’s degree in economics, communications, marketing, or a related field. - Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. - Proactive, positive forward-looking mindset, problem-solving attitude, and team spirit. - At Nespresso, we embrace inclusive language—feel free to share your pronouns on your CV.
