Our portfolio focuses on treatments for hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone, with a catalog of 400+ SKUs across multiple Amazon marketplaces.We operate primarily through the Amazon 3P model and rely heavily on data, experimentation, and continuous optimization to grow our brands.We are a remote-first company, currently on a strong growth path, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and actively contribute to the evolution of our Amazon strategy.Candidates must be able to work within CET time zone hours.The RoleWe are looking for a full time Amazon PPC & Growth Manager who will take ownership of our global Amazon advertising and help drive overall marketing strategy on the platform.This role is not just about adjusting bids.We are looking for someone who can think like a marketer, not just a PPC operator.The right candidate should be able to:Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaignsIdentify opportunities to improve conversion and salesSuggest creative improvements (images, banners, video ads)Contribute to launch and promotion strategiesAnalyze data and propose new growth initiativesYou will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, and Amazon Compliance Specialist.What We ExpectWe value people who bring ideas and recommendations, not just execute tasks.The ideal candidate will:Look at the brand, products, and listings and identify improvement opportunitiesSuggest new advertising strategiesPropose creative concepts for ads and video contentHelp improve conversion through better messaging and creativesContinuously test new approaches to drive growthIn short, we are looking for someone who can combine PPC expertise with marketing thinking.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)Monitor and improve KPIs such as ROAS, TACoS, CVR, and organic rankingIdentify new growth opportunities across a 400+ SKU catalogWork with the design team to improve advertising creativesAnalyze data using tools such as Helium10, TripleWhale, SellerboardProvide strategic recommendations to improve overall Amazon performanceRequirements3+ years experience with Amazon PPCStrong experience with Amazon Seller Central (3P)Ability to analyze performance data and propose improvementsExperience managing large product catalogsFamiliarity with tools such as Helium10, TripleWhale, SellerboardUnderstanding of Western e-commerce markets and consumer behaviorStrong communication and problem-solving skillsEnglish (fluent level is mandatory)European languages like Italian, Spanish or French is a plusContract & CompensationThis is a fully remote freelance / contractor role.Mitchell Brands is a US-based company, therefore collaboration will be structured as an independent contractor agreement.Candidates based in the European Union must be able to issue invoices with a valid VAT number.Compensation ranges between 1800€ to 3000€ per month depending on experience and skill level.
