Job Description:

This program begins in Ferentino and includes 3 to 4 secondments across various functional groups (Production, Information Technology, Maintenance). Selected candidates will experience accelerated career growth through job rotations and will have the opportunity to work with different teams.
The ultimate goal is to develop professionals capable of working in key teams within Production and Maintenance.
Location/Division Specific Information:
The pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Ferentino, located 80 km from Rome, specializes in the contract manufacturing of injectable drugs, including both liquid and lyophilized formulations, with a growing focus on biologics.

Requirements:
* Degree in Industrial Automation Engineering, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Learning agility
* Previous experience in the Pharma industry is a plus
* International experience is a plus
