Moncler Creative Project Managers are the architects of seamless collaboration, ensuring artistic visions flourish, meet deadlines, and stay within scope.
They serve as a bridge between the creative team and the brand objectives, ensuring that projects are innovative and engaging and delivered within established timelines and budget.
Your Impact
Studio & Creative Leadership
* Be the bridge between the creative team and brief owners ensuring effective communication and collaboration while maintaining strong relationships by regularly updating teams on project progress, addressing feedback, and aligning the project with the expectations;
* Lead projects ensuring efficient planning, prioritization, and execution of all creative activities;
* Responsible for the initial planning phase of a project which involves defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables;
* Establish a comprehensive project budget, ensures proper resource allocation, balancing the project’s financial viability with creative standards from pre-production to delivery;
* Point of contact for all parties to connect the dots related to campaign execution from product to brand to agencies, etc;
* Meeting project deadlines is a fundamental aspect of the role;
* Ensuring alignment with brand vision, Partnering closely with cross‑functional teams (Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Production) to ensure smooth information flow and operational alignment.
Product Research & Shoot Preparation
* Oversee and optimize end‑to‑end sample management workflows, ensuring seamless coordination, accuracy, and readiness of all products required for shoots, fittings, and creative sessions;
* Direct the development of high‑impact research decks and reference systems, ensuring they serve as strategic tools that inform and elevate creative decision‑making across the Brand Studio;
* Ensure the rigor, relevance, and strategic value of all product research, anticipating creative and operational needs while proactively identifying gaps and opportunities;
* Serve as the primary strategic partner for shoot‑related product coordination, aligning timelines, logistics, and creative requirements across teams to guarantee flawless execution.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in similar roles;
* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage complex creative workflows and coordinating multiple stakeholders;
* As a Senior PM ~ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams, influence decision making, and drive clarity in fast paced environments is required;
* Clear, concise communicator, capable of synthesizing complex information and presenting it in a compelling, visually coherent manner.
