Junior Event Manager & Business Development Associate
to join our international team. The ideal candidate is an Italian-speaking professional, fluent in English, with a passion for
innovation, technology, and luxury fashion.
Your role: You will support the planning and execution of
high-level events
and
innovation initiatives, while actively managing relationships within our growing ecosystem of
startups, brands, universities, and investors. You’ll also contribute to
business development activities, helping Limitless expand its partnerships and presence globally.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and support
event planning and management
(both online and in-person). Manage communication and relationships with
partners, startups, and brands
in our ecosystem. Support
business development activities, from lead generation to partnership follow-up. Contribute to
social media and community engagement
related to events and initiatives. Assist with
presentation decks, proposals, and reports
using Google Suite.
Requirements: Master’s degree completed (preferably in management, communication, or fashion/luxury studies). Fluent in Italian and English
(written and spoken). Some experience in
event organization
and/or
business development. Familiarity with
Google Suite
(Docs, Sheets, Slides). Excellent communication and organization skills. Proactive, dynamic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
