Ph3Job Description Summary /h3 pThe HSE Associate Expert will be responsible for supporting all HSE compliance aspects at the TRD RLT laboratories. Moreover, the candidate will help ensure that Health Safety and Environmental activities are managed according to applicable local laws and Novartis HSE Management System requirements, and assist in the continuous improvement of applicable HSE Management Systems while helping to spread our safety and environmental culture by proactively engaging associates and enhancing awareness. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with the TRD RLT HSE Lead to support HSE programs across TRD IVR Pilot Plant and laboratories, ensuring effective implementation of policies, handbooks, procedures and work instructions. /li liPromote HSE campaigns, conduct periodic walkthroughs, and support general HSE cultural awareness activities. /li liDraft, update and implement HSE and Radiation Safety SOPs, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements. /li liAnalyze safety and environmental performance, recommend improvement plans and monitor the implementation of protective measures. /li liAssist Radiation Safety activities including instrument periodic controls, environmental surveys, wipe tests, spill/contamination response, waste management and dosimetry. /li liSupport emergency handling for hazards such as ionizing radiation and chemicals, coordinating with the TRD RLT HSE Lead. /li liContribute to incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action implementation. /li liIdentify HSE risks for employees and third parties, support SAMACO and LOTOTO, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. /li /ul h3Essential requirements /h3 ul liHigh‑school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. /li liItalian proficient; English fluent. /li li13 years HSE experience; radiation safety experience preferred. /li liAble to respond to business needs and manage stressful situations. /li liEffective working independently and collaboratively in teams. /li liDemonstrates helpfulness, trustworthiness and a speak‑up culture. /li liCommitted to continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Deputizes for the TRD RLT HSE Lead /h3 pDeputizes for the TRD RLT HSE Lead. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
