Position Overview As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you’ll set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple countries. You’ll join a dynamic, growth-oriented team focused on driving revenue growth, exploring and testing the latest trends in the advertising market, developing strategies to optimize campaigns, and streamlining management processes to maximize resources and results.
This is a data-driven and high-responsibility role that combines marketing, analytical, and reporting skills. You will work closely with the sales, content, and SEO teams. Your ability to be proactive, demonstrate responsibility in organizing and carrying out the tasks assigned by your manager; make data-informed decisions will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Performance Management and Optimization
Set up, create, and launch new advertising campaigns across various platforms and channels
Analyze campaigns to identify improvement actions, run tests, and scale performance
Develop scripts and automated rules to optimize workflows
Monitor and evaluate search trends and emerging opportunities
Data Analysis and Reporting
Create and interpret performance reports using tools such as Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Advertising Platform dashboards, and affiliate network dashboards
Extract and interpret valuable insights from data to guide strategic decisions
Provide regular updates and performance summaries to your manager
Collaboration with Other Teams
Work closely with SEO, content, and sales teams to align on goals, results and overall strategy
Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing Google campaigns, with in-depth knowledge and solid expertise in Google Ads
Strong expertise and experience in digital marketing and digital advertising
Solid web data analytics skills and a strong analytical mindset
Knowledge about the fundamentals of SEO, CRO, and UX
English level B1 or higher
