Work with the customer in the requirement definition, to guarantee the quality and the completeness of the solution, respecting project timelines. - Guarantee a high quality of deliverables in terms of functional requirements gathering and formalization, and use case definition - Effectively interact with the delivery team, translating the business requirements into technical specifications in a clear and complete way. - Verify the correctness of the implemented solution, guiding the functional test phase - Build a strong and trusted relationship with client stakeholders - Effectively communicate with both the customer and the delivery team - Coordinate and train junior resources LI-Hybrid - Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business administration - Experience in analyzing an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with Microsoft365 technology. - Experience in identifying Modern Workplace customer requirements and defining the future state and/or business solution. - Excellent communication skills, analytical attitude and ability to gather and synthesize information. - Microsoft 365 Suite - Azure Technologies - Microsoft PowerApps - Office Suite
