Social network you want to login/join with: We’re hiring an IT Manager to lead and maintain a diverse and mission-critical infrastructure supporting a leading music tech company. The role focuses on network architecture, server administration, infrastructure scalability, and system reliability. You’ll coordinate a team of four IT specialists and be responsible for both day-to-day operations and long-term improvements across internal and external systems. Most of our infrastructure is Linux-based and custom-built, but we are actively evaluating options for modernization, including a potential move towards Microsoft or other commercial platforms. Experience with Linux remains essential, but exposure to other ecosystems is highly appreciated. Key responsibilities: • Lead IT operations and a team of 4 people • Maintain and evolve on-prem and cloud-based Linux server environments • Manage internal network (WiFi, VPN, routing, access control, security) • Supervise systems tied to production, logistics, ERP, and BI • Ensure uptime and security of external services (site, shop, user systems) • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, interface with vendors • Propose and implement architectural improvements for performance and maintainability • Oversee internal web application projects and coordinate the development team • Document and enforce IT policies and processes Requirements: • Proven experience in infrastructure management in Linux-based environments • Strong networking fundamentals (firewalling, VPNs, routing, segmentation) • Solid background in virtualization and systems monitoring • Team leadership experience and cross-departmental communication skills • Familiarity with legacy systems and structured modernization processes • Bonus: experience with Microsoft/Windows Server or other enterprise-grade systems You’ll be working in a complex and highly customized environment where stability, scalability and security are key.
