Coach, schedule and motivate your team and build a strong culture of ownership and service. Create genuine relationships with members through daily presence, check-ins and smart follow-up. Host tours and guide prospects towards the right membership solution. Drive coworking revenue, occupancy and renewals across Lifestyle, Dedicated Desk and Private Office memberships. Spot upsell opportunities and help shape attractive membership offers. Support and co-create events and networking moments with local teams and the Support Hub. Track KPIs, manage costs and continuously improve the member journey.What You’ll Have You bring at least 3 years of management experience in coworking, hospitality or flexible workspaces. You have a strong background in customer-facing account management and retention. You are a natural leader who enjoys being visible on the floor and leading by example. You bring a hands-on, solutions-first mindset and a genuine passion for people and service. You are organised, resilient and comfortable juggling priorities in a lively environment.
