Responsibilities / Tasks
* Cooperate with a team of qualified Technical Individual Contributors with mid and long-term experience in the application sector (industrial bakery)
* Strictly support and cooperate with assigned Area Managers with mid and long-term experience in the application sector (industrial bakery)
* Management of customer relationships concerning correspondence before, during, and after order acquisition
* Preliminary evaluation and preparation for the Legal Department of GEA of NDAs, customer contracts, and Master Agreements
* Support for document management in tender procedures (BID)
* Preparation of commercial offers in collaboration with the Technical Offer and Area Manager
* Preparation and management of internal process documentation for order acquisition (sales order, advance payment verification)
* Management of documentation for certification of intermediaries
* Support for travel management (to and from customers)
* Support for managing customer visits, events, and trade fairs
* Management of forms for intermediaries’ commissions
* CRM management for Brazil and Mexico
* Participation in weekly sales meetings
* Proactive participation in “inside sales” activities (pilot project), related management in the dedicated focus country, and KPI analysis
* Availability to work both at the Colognola ai Colli (VR) office and, if necessary, at the Torrebelvicino (VI) office
* Supports key SAP implementation users within the Commercial organization
Your Profile / Qualifications
* University degree in foreign language, English, Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
* Will be considered also economics, business management diploma / degrees with a strong B2B commercial foreign language background
* Min 5-7 years experience in similar functions, mainly within relevant B2B industrial (ideally from food/bakery)
* Inside sales experience will be considered a plus
* SAP platform knowledge (preferred)
* Office Package mastering
* Fluent in English, Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
* Analytical & precise, delivers OTIF
* Previous exposure to industrial goods selling processes & tools
* Discipline in following processes and assigned standards
* Ability to execute under time pressure
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
