To expand the Ground Stations team of the Aerospace & Aviation division, TXT Group is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
The candidate will be placed on the software support team of a Maintenance Ground Station.
The Maintenance Ground Station is designed to help plan, execute and analyze the health of a diverse fleet of aircraft. Operators can use it to perform HUMS analysis on each aircraft and plan the maintenance required to increase fleet availability.
Main activities
- Support to customer requests
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and updating existing software
- Writing of technical documentation and reporting
- Creation of database migration scripts
- Installation of the system at customer sites
- Training on the use of the system
Technical skills required
- Excellent knowledge of Miscrosoft Office tools
- Knowledge of MySQL
- Knowledge of ETL tools will be considered a plus
Required Education
Technical high school's certificate.
The profile is completed by a good knowledge of English, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, interest in learning new languages / technologies, resourcefulness and attitude to solving problems.
The activity provides for the possibility of short periods abroad.
