Work ScheduleShifts:Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays, between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off:Sunday + 1 rotational day off per week
Salary & CompensationBase Salary:1,024 per 14 months
Performance Premio:225 per 12 months
Position Bonus (Braga only):20 per 12 months
Meal Allowance:7.23 per working day
Transport Allowance:20 per month
Health Insurance:Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months
Relocation Support:Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal
Your RoleAs aSales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers.
You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.
What Youll DoSupport customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting
Communicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs
Handle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindset
Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail
Who You AreFluent inItalianandEnglish(spoken and written)
Experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)
Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools
Skilled in communication and multitasking
Resilient and calm under pressure, with a proactive attitude
