We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior HR Support to join the Human Resources team at Pramac Group Headquarters. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, international company. As part of the HR team, you will play a key role in supporting various HR processes and initiatives
* Assist in managing recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
* Provide support with administrative activities, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and liaising with external agencies for internship activations.
* Contribute to the identification of training needs, design employee training plans, and coordinate their execution.
* Collaborate on the implementation of the internal communication plan to enhance engagement and transparency within the organization.

Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
