The intern will support the team in different activities related to international shipments, relations with vendors, payments, data maintenance, etc.
Support in package shipments and management of related shipping documentationSeasonal Vintage Proto management (inbound & outbound tracking)Act as a point of contact for HTS code requests and management for shipmentsInvoice verification related to sample shipments across all product categoriesPress support: follow‐up on deliveries with vendors and update delivery dates on ATATA Carnet management: coordination of shipments and related documentationSupport during fittings, including taking photos and assisting with model dressingMaintain organization and order of the trims archive
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously in a fast‐paced, seasonal environmentFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic fashion environmentGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and reportingGood knowledge of English (written and spoken) in an international fashion context
