Support Cisco Jabber desktop application. /li liHave basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users. /li liInstall, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware. /li liPerform general preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers. /li liPerform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. /li liUse diagnostic tools for troubleshooting network connectivity and hardware/software issues. /li liPossess broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms. /li liWork in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
