Are you an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a background in manufacturing environments? Our client, a leading global consultancy, is embarking on a large-scale Salesforce transformation for a major manufacturing organisation and is seeking a skilled BA to drive requirements, process optimisation, and solution alignment across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Speak with Business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate Salesforce requirements
Translate complex business processes into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Support multi-cloud Salesforce initiatives (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
Partner closely with Admins, Developers, and Architects to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
Document process flows, data mappings, and system interactions across manufacturing workstreams
Provide ongoing support during testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases
Visit the client on-site periodically depending on project needs (approximately once every few weeks)
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant experience
Strong experience working with manufacturing clients or manufacturing processes
Proven ability to run workshops, translate business needs, and shape scalable Salesforce solutions
Solid understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and data/process governance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Italian and English
Based in Italy (remote role with occasional travel)
